What you’ll be doing:
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you’ll provide timely and practical advice, coaching, and support to managers and staff across a range of people matters, from performance and change management to job evaluation and employee relations. You’ll:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff, becoming their go-to advisor.
- Provide consistent, professional guidance across a range of HR issues.
- Support and coach line managers to build their confidence and capability.
- Visit different sites across the district to connect with the workforce, build relationships, and understand local needs.
- Conduct grading and job evaluations to ensure organisational alignment.
- Assist with investigations and grievance management, applying a solid understanding of HR processes.

Additional Information:
- An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.  
- To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
