In this role, you’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment and HR processes, supporting the full employee life cycle, and ensuring best practice across policies and programs. Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $99,938 - $110,271 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will:
- Provide operational support to HR Business Partners, ensuring advice and services align with business needs and organisational strategies.
- Coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition and HR processes for senior executives, following best practice and legislative guidelines.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders across NSW Health.
- Promote a proactive and consistent service culture that delivers excellence in HR support.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and talent resourcing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in program development, review, and evaluation to address emerging workforce issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, working closely with People & Culture teams.
- Support research and analysis to inform policy development and workforce strategies.
- Evaluate new HR approaches and initiatives, providing advice on their application within the health sector.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply workplace legislation, regulations, and employment conditions, and provide accurate advice on policy arrangements.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience in a similar role.
