About the role
A great opportunity for an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional, confident in delivering effective advice and support across a broad portfolio area.

Full Time and Part Time temporary appointments are available, up to 3 years in duration.  Location may be negotiable at Bathurst, Orange or Dubbo.

In this role you'll work within a business partnership model, with managers across a portfolio area to provide consistent, high-level HR advice, interventions and support to all levels of management. The degree of involvement is dependent on the manager’s capability and the complexity or significance of the matter, requiring collaboration with managers to ensure that workforce activity supports the achievement of business goals.

You will be responsible for critical investigation and negotiations, delivering effective problem solving in relation to a range of workforce matters and providing best practice HR services in alignment with Western NSW LHD organisational management, service culture and staff needs.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong resolution skills and proven experience in influencing a positive workforce culture. You will be capable of developing and implementing organisational strategy, policy and procedures, with effective human resource practice, decision making and change management skills.
