Human Resource Partner

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Health Service Management or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Significant broad human resource (HR) experience and effective performance in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary and best practice HR strategy; and appreciation of the health industry context, including the complex industrial framework.
- Competency in a broad range of specific HR functions, for example workplace assessment/ investigation, mediation, job evaluation, grievance management and performance development.
- Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences in a range of modalities; and capacity to develop effective relationships, within teams and with service partners and customers.
- Capacity to undertake objective, critical analysis of matters and to explore a range of possibilities and creative alternatives to develop effective solutions which are appropriate in the context.
- A high level of personal motivation to strive toward personal goals; seeking and valuing feedback and reflection on own performance as a basis to inform improvement.
- Hold a current unrestricted Class C NSW Drivers Licence with a willingness to travel for work purposes and overnight stays as required.
