Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, projects and/or change management relevant to hospital or health care redevelopment projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary workforce strategies required to support service growth.
- Demonstrated ability to acknowledge key milestones and to achieve stipulated timelines whilst managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and consultatively across a broad range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes supported by highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
