The Role

The purpose of the Assistant – Catering role is to support the delivery of high-quality food services to customers, residents, patients and clients at the Forensic Hospital.  The role is responsible for assisting with food preparation, plating and service, maintaining clean and safe kitchen and dining environments, and ensuring all work is carried out in line with strict food safety, hygiene and infection-control standards. This position plays an important part in providing friendly, responsive customer service and contributing to a safe, efficient and team-focused workplace.

 

Duties Include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

Prepare and distribute meals and refreshments to inpatients.
