Hospital in the Home Clinical Nurse Specialist

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
3. Demonstrated skills in computer use and applications such as Windows, word processing and database.
4. Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
