About the role
We are seeking suitably qualified security officers to work in a caring and friendly environment at Mudgee Health Service. We have multiple opportunities available, including permanent full time and casual employment.
Providing a quality and safe environment for the care of patients is the shared responsibility of all staff and the Health & Security Assistant is an integral and valued member of our team.
Your role will include security related duties as well as providing support to the nursing team under their guidance in the delivery of patient care that may include portering for patient transfers, basic patient support and cleaning.
You will have a current NSW Security Licence, current First Aid Certificate, current licence to drive in NSW along with the willingness & ability to work shifts on a rotating 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays.
This is a varied role providing security and general assistance to ensure the smooth running of the hospital.
