- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health promotion, public health, planning, behavioural sciences or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in planning, implementing and evaluating large scale health promotion strategies that address healthy ageing and healthy built environments
- Demonstrated experience in working in partnership with local government and other key government and non-government agencies, networks and community groups
- Demonstrated experience in population health advocacy using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a number of teams simultaneously as well as independently when required (but with direction from and accountability to a manager or project coordinator).
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated competencies in the management of information, data entry and analysis and computer skills
- Current NSW unrestricted Drivers Licence.
