What you'll be doing
 

Sydney Children’s Hospital at Randwick is a part of the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network (SCHN) together with The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Our aim is to provide relevant, innovative and dynamic health service for all children attending our facilities. 

All clerical staff in the Health Information Unit are multiskilled, to perform all clerical duties in the medical record department relating to the electronic medical record and the paper medical record to provide an efficient medical record service to all Customers of the HIU. This will involve you working in either the Document Imaging of medical records and/or the traditional paper medical records. 

All clerical staff are expected to be willing at all times to provide a helpful, positive and courteous service to all staff, patients and their families. Be proactive in identifying areas where procedures may be streamlined and improved.
