About the role
As a Community Rehabilitation Clinician, you'll provide specialist rehabilitation and case management to adults and young people living with traumatic and acquired brain injury across the Mid North Coast. Working closely with clients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team, you'll develop and deliver person-centred rehabilitation plans that focus on cognitive, behavioural and psychosocial recovery. You'll collaborate with external agencies and funding bodies, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and play an important role in delivering innovative, evidence-based rehabilitation programs that make a lasting difference.

About you
You're a passionate allied health professional or psychologist with experience in brain injury rehabilitation and a commitment to person-centred care. You have strong clinical reasoning skills, experience developing rehabilitation plans and coordinating complex case management, and thrive working collaboratively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. With excellent communication, advocacy and problem-solving skills, you're motivated to help people achieve meaningful outcomes while contributing to continuous service improvement and best practice rehabilitation.
