Your Impact
As a Health and Security Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital through a unique combination of healthcare support and security services. In this dual-role position, you’ll help ensure patients, staff, and visitors feel safe, supported, and cared for while contributing to the smooth operation of the hospital every day.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting patrols, responding to alarms, and monitoring site access
  • Assisting patients with mobility and personal care needs
  • Maintaining infection control standards and cleanliness
  • Applying safe manual handling techniques
  • Responding calmly and confidently in emergency situations
  • Contributing to a safe, respectful, and caring environment for all
