•    Flexible work options
•    Professional growth and career development
•    Various health and wellbeing programs to support our team

About the Opportunity
Join us as a Solutions Analyst and play a key role in NSW Health’s digital transformation as we migrate from our on-premise system Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle HCM Cloud, delivering a HR and payroll solution that is robust, scalable, and responsive to evolving workforce needs.

You’ll support the configuration and enhancement of HR and payroll solutions in a complex environment – an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy analysing problems and creating practical, effective solutions. Functional configuration experience is highly valued, and familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI is a plus.

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues, improve systems, and contribute to the design and documentation of solutions in a clear and structured way that promotes usability and consistency across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including solution analysis, design, testing, integration, deployment, and documentation.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to effectively elicit critical business requirements, analyse, case manage, and resolve business problems.
  • Provide feedback and input to designs for system improvement and proactively identify issues, risks and opportunities for optimal business outcomes.
  • Take ownership over discrete pieces of work managing through the project lifecycle including system configuration.
  • Prepare associated documentation using a broad range of techniques that is simple, clear, unambiguous and concise language.
  • Respond to support tickets escalated via Level 1 and 2 support teams; ensuring appropriate levels of governance, resolution, and escalation where required.

This role is internally referred to as Digital Specialist - Workforce Applications.

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex HR and payroll environments and enjoys turning challenges into practical solutions. You’ll bring a mix of system expertise and business understanding, ideally gained through experience in IT projects that support or deliver HR and payroll outcomes.

You have:

  • Experience analysing, designing, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions in multifaceted environments. Particularly workforce structures, performance and talent and recruitment modules.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed, operationally complex tasks and deliver across multiple projects.
  • Self-starter mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas for more efficient or effective ways of working.
  • Strong collaboration skills, building rapport with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring your work and documentation are accurate, clear, and reliable.
  • Adaptability to work within a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to learning, continually developing your skills and staying current with emerging technology and industry practices.
