About the Role
As a New Graduate Midwife, you’ll rotate across the full maternity service, including birthing suites, antenatal, and postnatal care, giving you exposure to the complete scope of midwifery practice. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build clinical confidence, and develop the foundations for a long and rewarding career in midwifery.
You’ll be supported by experienced senior midwives, the Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM), and a Clinical Midwifery Educator (CME). Targeted education, structured learning, and dedicated study days are embedded into the program, ensuring you are never working alone and always supported as you grow.

- Registration as a Registered Midwife with authority to practice with AHPRA at commencement
