Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is seeking an exceptional General Manager - Cancer Services to lead the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute (MNCCI), driving excellence in cancer care, innovation, clinical service delivery and system-wide improvement across our region.

In this influential executive leadership role, you will:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across cancer services

  • Drive innovation and improvement aligned with the NSW Cancer Plan

  • Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites

  • Strengthen access to cancer clinical trials and patient-centred care

  • Build strong partnerships with clinicians, communities, Aboriginal health services and stakeholders
