- Willing to obtain a Certificate III in Horticulture or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with commitment to resident focused service.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a wide variety of tasks.
- Demonstrated competency in high level gardening skills in relation to all types of maintenance/ gardening including minor repairs and use of tools and equipment.
- Reliable transport with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
