About the opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to lead and coordinate day‑to‑day food and patient support service operations. This role involves supervising staff, supporting a customer‑focused service, and responding effectively to operational issues while adapting to change. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead a diverse team, and knowledge of Food Safety, Clinical Excellence Commission requirements, and Work Health and Safety standards are essential.
You will be responsible for ensuring services meet safety, quality, and performance standards within required timeframes. The role requires sound computer skills, including the use of Windows‑based programs and electronic systems, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service in a healthcare environment.
