What you'll be doing
- Responsible for co-ordination, management and ongoing development of the First 2000 Days initiatives. Lead Program, Brighter Beginnings, StEPS, Sustaining NSW Families Plus Pilot.
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave/Monthly ADO

How to apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria in the application as thoroughly as possible:
- Qualifications in a health-related discipline or equivalent with a record of achievement in managing multidisciplinary health teams within a Primary Health Care and/or integrated service model within health.
- Demonstrated understanding of maternal, child and family and youth health issues.
- Ability to develop, monitor and reach predicted outcomes to strategic and business plan
- Evidence of sound knowledge in Primary Health Care Models.
- Demonstrated high standard of organisational skills in planning, delivering and evaluating service delivery, program development and quality improvement activities.
- Demonstrated commitment and capacity to develop improve and maintain the quality of services with an emphasis on customer focus and best practice.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage staff, including performance management, professional development, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Demonstrated high-level skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of service metrics to inform decision-making, improve performance, and support management reporting.
