Target Questions for Finance Business Partner (1 page)

1. Describe your experience in business partnering with key stakeholders. In your response, please include details on how you:

• • Developed and managed these relationships, including engaging and communicating with your stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Worked together with your stakeholders to achieve and deliver on strategic and operational objectives.
  • Managed situations with difficult stakeholders.

2. Describe your experience in preparing financial analysis for key stakeholders. In your response, provide an example of how you presented these results, including highlighting key financial risks and providing recommendations to your stakeholders in order to improve financial performance. 

Target Questions for Finance Business Partner, Strategy (1 page)

1. Describe your experience with policy development, analysis and/or evaluation, including your familiarity (if any) with the NSW Budget process. In your response, please include details on how you:

• • Engaged with government guidelines and strategic priorities
  • Consulted and liaised with stakeholders to achieve and deliver strategic and operational objectives
  • Utilised quantitative and qualitative tools to support your process and aid with problem-solving 

2. Describe your experience with providing advice on the economic and/or financial impacts of an issue to key stakeholders. In your response, provide an example of how you presented these results, including highlighting key financial risks and providing recommendations to your stakeholders.
