About the Opportunity
In this position, you are expected to provide specialist services and senior clinical leadership in the Sexual Assault Counselling Service including optimisation of client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff.

Ideal Candidate
- Qualifications:
- Social Worker or Sexual Assault Worker - Must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in Social Work which provides eligibility for membership of the AAASW or must hold as a minimum a bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Counselling.
- Psychologist - Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and full registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Clinical Psychologist: Registered Psychologist with AHPRA with post graduate degree in Clinical Psychology (Masters, and/or Doctorate or PhD), endorsement in Clinical Psychology or working towards same, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of crisis and longer term counselling interventions to young people and/or adults who have experienced sexual assault and other forms of violence, abuse and neglect.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
