Achieve Something Great
The role provides culturally safe support to Aboriginal clients engaging with the Sexual Assault Service and strengthens key service outcomes by improving engagement, reducing barriers to care and ensuring continuity of culturally informed follow‑up. It also enhances the team’s ability to respond in a culturally respectful way, promoting safety, trust and improved healing outcomes for Aboriginal clients. This role matters because it delivers expertise the team cannot replicate - cultural knowledge, community connection, and the ability to create safe pathways for clients who may otherwise disengage.

They bring strong skills in client engagement & advocacy to ensure clients feel safe, heard, and supported throughout their journey.
