About the Role
Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the Veteran community, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.
You will be responsible for the efficient, effective and compliant management of the procurement, invoice processing and invoice holds operations, as well as providing support to the Supply Services Manager as directed.

Ideal Candidate
- Capacity to implement and maintain a systematic approach and effectively utilize resources whilst ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Experience in managing goods and services ordering and invoice holds processing operations in a large and complex government organisation, including resource allocation and prioritisation of multiple competing workloads.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team with high volume output.
- Ability to develop, monitor and analyse service activity benchmarks and key performance indicators including analysis of data.
