An exciting opportunity for a Level 1/2 Exercise Physiologist to join the Centre for STRONG Medicine at Concord Repatriation General Hospital!
About the Role
The Centre for STRONG Medicine (Strength, Training, Rehabilitation and Outreach Needs in Geriatric Medicine) at Concord Hospital has a strong focus on preventative health and aims to provide management and treatment of chronic disease and frailty in older adults, to restore functional ability, independence and improve quality of life.
This position works within a multidisciplinary team, including a team of Exercise Physiologists, to deliver high-quality Exercise Physiology services to aged care outpatients with chronic disease and/or frailty. The role includes exercise assessment, prescription and delivery, physical activity support and education, and active participation in quality improvement and service development.

Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in exercise and sports science and current eligibility for full membership of the Exercise and Sports Science Australia professional association.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Exercise Physiology clinical practice including aged care, chronic disease and frailty.
- Currently holds a valid NSW driver’s licence (P1 and P2 licence acceptable)
