- Demonstrated ability to prepare professional documents, reports and presentation material using Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
- Proven organizational skills including diary management, events and meeting preparation, minute taking and follow up.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and locate resources when necessary.
- High level of proficiency in all secretarial duties with experience in a health care setting.
