Where you'll be working: Royal North Shore Hospital Executive Unit

What you'll be doing: Management of executive corporate correspondence, record management and the provision of support to the RNSH Executive Unit. This includes the preparation of all ministerial briefs and the efficient management of official correspondence received by the General Manager and RNSH. The position will facilitate and ensure timely responses to correspondence and requests for information.

The position will be responsible for supporting RNSH corporate records management systems by maintaining a contemporary knowledge of record management, retention and destruction policies and acting as a resource on these matters. The position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining content on the intranet pertinent to RNSH. In addition, the position will provide support to the General Manager as required whilst working collaboratively with the Executive Assistant support team.
