Salary range: $88,133 per annum - $90,517 per annum

About the Opportunity
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Aeromedical & Special Operations.
- Coordinate daily operations and communication across the Director’s office and broader management team.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including State Headquarters, to ensure seamless organisational support.
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of a fast-paced team delivering critical emergency health services.
- Support a high-impact leadership role within one of Australia’s most vital health organisations.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Brings strong administrative expertise and is highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Values collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality support in every task.
