What you'll be doing
This is an exciting opportunity to support the Drug Health Executive Team across multiple WSLHD sites, providing high-level administrative assistance. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Reporting to the Service Director
  • Managing diaries, emails, and documentation
  • Coordinating executive tasks and approvals
  • Involving cross-site support and travel
  • Supporting efficient service delivery daily

Selection Criteria:

  1. The ability to work independently, to prioritise and meet deadlines and to engage key stakeholders to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  2. Well-developed communication skills, verbal and written, with demonstrated experience engaging key stakeholders and customers from internal and external groups.
  3. Demonstrated experience in the preparation of meeting minutes, reports, plans, action lists and briefing notes for an organisation.
  4. Demonstrated analytical skills to capably review and draft responses to complex issues whilst maintaining strict confidentiality.
  5. Proficient in Outlook, HPE, Oracle, Health Roster and/or ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
  6. Ability to handle controversial and emotive issues/information confidently and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with Senior Executives.
  7. Demonstrated experience in managing complex and emotive matters in a sensitive and timely manner.
  8. Demonstrated problem solving skills, including the ability to collaborate with others.
