The Trainee will work in clinicaltrialsNSW to coordinate events hosted by the Office for Health and Medical Research.

Crown Clerk 3/4, starting salary from $84,659 - $92,701 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week, work location- 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating the operations of events hosted by OHMR

  • Liaising with vendors to secure bookings for locations, and associated event activities

  • Maintaining internal and external events communications

  • Developing a suite of template documents and SoPs for use in the management of events

  • Completing a Diploma of Business with a Registered Training Provider

About you 
We are seeking committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

  •  Ability to enrol to a Diploma of Business in a Registered Training Organisation

  • Interest in events management

  • The ability to act in an ethical and professional manner, suitable for a government role
