As our ERP Test Lead, you’ll lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities that help deliver reliable digital solutions across NSW Health. This is your opportunity to lead work that improves healthcare outcomes at scale, while enjoying hybrid flexibility and strong organisational support.
In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance activities across critical ERP initiatives.
- Develop testing strategies that minimise risk, prevent system issues, and improve solution quality.
- Drive the planning and execution of system, integration, user acceptance, and release testing.
- Oversee testing outcomes, reporting, and defect resolution to support successful delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure testing outcomes align with business needs.

About You
- Bring significant experience leading testing and quality assurance activities across complex ICT or digital environments, with a strong focus on end-to-end testing and continuous improvement.
- Have exceptional analytical skills and can translate business requirements into effective testing strategies that reduce risk and improve solution quality.
- Have demonstrated experience testing Oracle ERP applications, with a strong understanding of business processes and end-to-end workflows across Finance, Procurement, Projects and related enterprise application domains.
- Proven experience leading and coordinating regression testing activities for Oracle quarterly and monthly releases, including impact assessment, test planning, stakeholder engagement, test execution, defect management, risk assessment and release readiness recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of testing within a SaaS ERP environment, including managing BAU testing, validating configuration and enhancement changes, and ensuring ongoing system stability and business continuity following vendor-delivered updates.
