Cessnock District Hospital is a 46-bed facility providing emergency, surgical, and general medical care to the region’s growing population. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to join our Medical & Surgical teams, each consisting of 16 beds.

This role is ideal for someone who is:

  • Looking to trial a temporary position before committing longer term
  • Interested in expanding their experience across different clinical areas
  • Passionate about patient-centred care and teamwork
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills

You will work alongside a friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team and collaborate with a range of clinical and non-clinical professionals. We value positive working relationships and are looking for someone who communicates sensitively and effectively with patients, families, carers, and colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
