Join Ward G3 at John Hunter Hospital and become part of a specialised unit caring for cardiology and gastroenterology patients. This is an opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a supportive environment while gaining exposure to a broad range of specialised care. 

Including:

  • Pre and post-operative patient care
  • Cardiac monitoring and ECG interpretation
  • Assisting and observing minor procedures
  • Specialised infusions and drain management
  • Recognising and responding to deteriorating patients
  • Working within evidence-based clinical pathways
