Same Day Inpatient Beds
About the role:
As an Enrolled Nurse within the Same Day Inpatient Beds (SDPB) unit, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals pre- and post-operatively across a diverse range of surgical specialties. This short-stay unit supports patients with lower acuity needs and focuses on discharge planning and facility flow, offering you the opportunity to develop and refine clinical skills including medication administration, infusions, and VAC dressings.
You will work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team, where you will be allocated your own patients, but never work in isolation. The SDPB team prides itself on fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where every staff member’s unique skills and experiences are respected and valued.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
