  • Describe your recent experience as an Enrolled Nurse in an acute care, surgical, or similar clinical setting. How has this experience prepared you to care for patients in an Upper GI and General Surgery ward?
  • Tell us about a time when you worked collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve a positive patient outcome. What was your role and what was the result?
  • Provide an example of how you used critical thinking to identify, escalate, or manage a patient care issue. How did your actions contribute to safe, high-quality care and patient outcomes?
