Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to expand your clinical skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment? Nepean Hospital is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our Surgical Outpatients Department, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across a diverse range of surgical specialties.

As an Enrolled Nurse in the Surgical Outpatients Department, you will provide safe, effective, and person centred Nursing care to patients attending for pre-operative assessments, post-operative reviews, minor procedures, and specialist consultations. Working alongside a Multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to efficient patient flow and support continuity of care throughout the surgical journey.

You will be a dedicated Enrolled Nurse who demonstrates professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient centred care and you thrive in a busy clinical setting and are able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

What you will bring to the role: 

  1. Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  2. Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
  3. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
  4. Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
  5. Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
  6. Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Ability to work a flexible roster
