Enrolled Nurse - Safe Staffing Levels

What you will bring to the role

1. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 (without notation).
2. Demonstrated experience and clinical skills in mental health nursing as an enrolled nurse working with people with serious mental health illness and physical illness related to them.
3. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
4. Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide recovery oriented, trauma informed person-centred care, family inclusive and culturally sensitive for persons accessing mental health services.
5. Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal.
6. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
7. Ability to work a flexible roster – morning, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements.
8. Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
