Your Role
As an Enrolled Nurse Intake Officer, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that connects patients, families, and health providers.
You’ll:
Manage and process referrals received via phone, email, RIMS, and the My Aged Care portal
Provide accurate information and guidance to clients, ensuring a smooth and caring experience
Work closely with programs such as Planned Care for Better Health, ICCAPP, and Out of Hospital Care
Build strong, trusted relationships across the health network to deliver coordinated, person-centred care
What You’ll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you enjoy connecting with people
Confidence using technology and managing multiple priorities
A calm, compassionate approach and commitment to teamwork
Previous experience in referral or call-centre environments is a bonus, but not essential
