About the Service

  • Our busy district-level health service is a 52-bed facility offering a diverse and dynamic clinical environment. Services include:
  • Operating Theatre
  • Obstetrics and Maternity
  • Renal Therapy
  • A broad range of surgical specialties including ENT, Orthopaedics, and general surgery
  • This role encompasses all perioperative areas, providing variety, challenge, and ongoing professional development.


About the Role

We are seeking a Perioperative Nurse with experience as a Circulating Nurse and/or Anaesthetic Nurse (previous anaesthetic experience is favourable but not essential).

This role offers exposure across the perioperative service and, at times, the wider health service. You will work as part of a collaborative, team-based model where flexibility and a “team sport” approach are key.

  • Daily, onsite support from a dedicated Perioperative Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC)
  • Thorough handover processes led by very experienced clinicians
  • The opportunity to grow your scope of practice and confidence across the service
