About the role

Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of safe and effective patient care. About Forbes Hospital
Forbes Hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services to the local community and surrounding areas. The facility includes:
- 5 Emergency Department beds and 1 resuscitation bed
- 26 acute beds
- 6 maternity beds
- 8 renal dialysis beds
- 2 outpatient district nursing chairs
The hospital’s operating theatre supports services including General Surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Gastroenterology, and Caesarean sections, with on-call services available for emergency Caesarean procedures.
Located on the Lachlan River in the Central West region of New South Wales, Forbes has a population of approximately 8,430 people. It offers a relaxed country lifestyle with excellent local amenities and services, making it an attractive place to live and work.
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will be an integral part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while contributing to improved health outcomes for the community.
