Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum / $37.83 - $41.10 per hour

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting consumers throughout their recovery journey while contributing to high-quality clinical outcomes.
Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
Monitor, assess and report changes in consumers' physical and mental health, escalating concerns appropriately.
Support consumers with activities of daily living, therapeutic engagement and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, person-centred mental health care, including supporting consumers with complex mental health presentations.

Essential Requirements:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
