Salary: $65,024.93 - $70,655.00 (pro-rata) + super

About the role

  • Comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging and interventional and radiologically guided procedures, including CT, US, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy, Mammography and X-ray, Digital Subtraction Angiography, PET, and MRI.

  • Play a vital role in assisting medical staff with innovative procedures, both in Medical Imaging and in Interventional Radiology.

  • Expected to provide excellence in safe clinical care, whilst maintaining a high level of engagement with a vulnerable patient group.

  • Multiple development opportunities for staff to attend workshops such as Advance Life Support and cannulation.

  • Monday-Friday so a great work life balance. You will be required to be rostered for ‘on call’ shifts when fully trained.

 

About you

  • Currently registered as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.

  • Demonstrated evidence of providing patient-centered nursing care include recognition of normal and abnormal in assessment, intervention and evaluation of individual health and functional status.

  • Demonstrated evidence of working as a part of the health care team to advocate for and facilitate the involvement of individuals, their families and significant others in planning and evaluating care and progress toward health outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
