Werris Creek Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) is at the heart of a vibrant country town just 45 minutes from the thriving regional hub of Tamworth. About the role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work within the Werris Creek MPS, supporting both hospital and residential aged care services. Each day brings variety as you provide general medical, subacute, palliative, and aged care, along with first-line emergency response and community nursing. You’ll play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate, person-centred care, while building strong relationships with patients, families, and the local community. This is a permanent part-time role, working 24 hours per week, where your skills and adaptability will make a direct and lasting difference.

You’re a compassionate and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a close-knit team environment. With strong time-management and communication skills, you bring professionalism, initiative, and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You’ll value the opportunity to contribute to both hospital and aged care settings, embracing the variety and sense of purpose rural nursing provides.



Requirements

  • Current authority to practise as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
