What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting older adults in their rehabilitation journey. You’ll play a vital role in improving health outcomes and enhancing patient experiences.
Key responsibilities will be to:
Provide nursing care aligned with individual care plans
Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
