About the Role
Based in Toronto, NSW, our team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, a Social Worker, Allied Health Assistant and Enrolled Nurse. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, where every team member is valued and works together to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will support rehabilitation patients through the delivery of high-quality nursing care, falls prevention interventions, wound care management, and therapy programs developed by Allied Health clinicians. You will work closely with the broader team to promote safe, effective and holistic rehabilitation outcomes. Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in home based and community settings.
About You
You will bring:
• Enrolled Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
• Current NSW Driver's license
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation or allied health setting
• The ability to engage patients and support therapy programs
• Demonstrated experience delivering best practice falls prevention interventions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A commitment to person-centred care and teamwork
