We have an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse in our Acute Medical Unit with cardiac telemetry and Medical Assessment Unit (MAU).

Northern Beaches Hospital - Ward 4C
What you'll be doing
Ward 4C is a 36 bed ward consisting of 10 dedicated bed for MAU and 26 general medical beds. 4C is fast paced and an exciting place to work. As an Enrolled Nurse in our medical ward, you will utilise a high standard of evidence based nursing care to plan, assess and implement care for all patients in collaboration with the patient/ family and multidisciplinary team.
As an enrolled nurse, and to be successful in this role you will:
- Provide a high level of clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients
- Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals under the direction and supervision of the RN
- Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
- Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
  1. Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  3. Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
