Hours Per Week: 30 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence‑based nursing care under the guidance of Registered Nurses, ensuring every patient receives high‑quality, holistic support throughout their surgical journey.
In this role you will:
Provide and assist in planning, assessing and evaluating nursing care tailored to each patient
Deliver best‑practice care aligned with ANMAC competencies, ethical standards and WSLHD policies
Support patients through a holistic, rights‑focused care approach
Communicate effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to support safe and continuous patient care

Essential Requirements
Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria
Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
