Remuneration: $37.83 - $41.10 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing 
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse. You'll use your clinical knowledge, communication skills and person-centred approach to support positive outcomes for patients.

• Deliver and evaluate safe, evidence-based nursing care tailored to individual needs

• Support assessment, care planning and coordination of patient care

• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Prioritise competing demands while maintaining safe, compassionate care

Essential Criteria

• Registration:  Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) 

Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position

2. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse

3. Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team

4. An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
