Endocrine Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
- Experience in teaching patients and carers
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated interest in dynamic endocrine testing, medication education and venepuncture
- Ability to prioritise and manage complex, competing and challenging situations
