Endocrine Clinical Nurse Specialist

1. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
2. Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
4. Experience in teaching patients and carers
5. Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrated interest in dynamic endocrine testing, medication education and venepuncture
7. Ability to prioritise and manage complex, competing and challenging situations
