What you'll be doing
As an End User Services Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support for end user hardware, operating systems, software and mobile technologies across WSLHD and Pathology West. You’ll deliver responsive customer service while managing incidents and requests in a dynamic multi-site environment.

You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, maintain accurate asset and ticket records, and work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely outcomes for users.

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across multiple locations

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device and peripheral issues

  • Manage support requests and incidents to meet service level targets

  • Deliver outstanding customer service using clear, non-technical communication

  • Support equipment deployment, asset management and software compliance

How to Apply

  1. Proven experience working with and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 8.1 & 10), Apple iOS, a wide range of end user devices/hardware and Microsoft 365 applications.

  2. Demonstrated knowledge of Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune and WorkspaceOne and experience in image deployment, application packaging and package deployment.

  3. Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a proven customer orientation.

  4. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  5. Ability to prioritise, manage conflicting demands, meet service level targets and perform well under pressure.

  6. Appropriate tertiary qualifications and Desktop support experience.

  7. Knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with incident management and service request management practices.

  8. An Australian Class C unrestricted driver’s licence and be willing to use it for work purposes.
