In this role, you will:

  • Provide first-level ICT support, diagnosing and resolving incidents related to SDPR training and testing devices.

  • Assist with the preparation, configuration, and logistics of desktops and peripheral devices across NSW Health sites.

  • Support the distribution, return, and redeployment of SDPR devices, ensuring accurate asset tracking.

  • Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues affecting SDPR device performance.

  • Maintain and update asset records and knowledge articles within the ITSM platform.

  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and participate in technical learning opportunities.

  • Travel to Health Entity sites across New South Wales to help with SDPR testing activities.
     

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Hands-on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting desktops and peripheral devices.

  • Confidence working in large, complex environments and understand ITSM service delivery.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and escalating recurring technical issues.

  • Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth ICT operations.

  • Customer-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to service excellence.

  • Organised, able to manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in dynamic settings.
