Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children? The Sydney Children's Hospital Network is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Diploma-qualified Educator to join our dedicated team in the 0–3 years room at the Children's Hospital at Westmead Child Care Centre.
Our purpose-built, 40-place centre is set within a beautiful natural environment and provides high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years. We pride ourselves on fostering a warm, inclusive, and supportive workplace where educators are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow professionally.
About the role
Permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Rotating roster between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
Enjoy an accrued day off each month.
Work alongside an experienced Director and collaborative team committed to providing exceptional early childhood education and care.

- Diploma in Community Services (Children’s Services) or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority
- Sound knowledge of child development with the aptitude to build a curriculum for children of various ages, interests and abilities
- Understanding of National Quality and Early Years Learning Frameworks
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to develop partnerships with families
- Experience working as part of a professional team
- Experience using MicroSoft office
